A shawarma and grill house with a confident identity — crisp white walls, scarlet shutters, striped awnings and lantern-lit arches inspired by the streets of the Levant.
THE BRIEF
Sultan Al Arab's brief was a restaurant that feels like a neighbourhood favourite and works hard for a busy service. Red and white set a bold, cheerful brand language, from the striped awnings outside to the arched windows with red shutters inside.
Lantern pendants, monogrammed arches and patterned floors add character, while an open kitchen counter keeps the grill at the heart of the experience. A covered terrace extends the seating outdoors.
