A restaurant built around a glass-roofed winter garden — sculptural tree columns, flowering bougainvillea and a façade framed by a bold, flowing signature line.
THE BRIEF
The concept turns the main dining hall into an indoor garden that can be enjoyed in every season. Sculpted lattice trees rise to the glazed roof, their canopies planted with bougainvillea, while olive trees and a stone water feature add calm and texture.
Outside, a sweeping frame wraps the glass frontage and carries the brand's signage, making the restaurant instantly recognisable from the street. Light timber, pale stone and soft grey upholstery keep the interior bright beneath the open sky.
