A butchery restaurant with old-world character — stone-clad walls, gothic arched windows and a glazed hanging display that puts the craft of the butcher on show.
THE BRIEF
Al Sultan's concept places the meat counter at the centre of the story. A theatrical display of hanging cuts is framed in stone and dark metal, inviting guests to choose before they sit.
Around it, stone cladding, arched openings and warm timber create the feel of a traditional grill house, with leather-upholstered chairs and pendant lighting completing a robust, characterful dining room.
