A standalone restaurant designed from the façade inwards — a stone arcade crowned with a geometric rosette, opening onto a light-filled dining hall built around a living olive tree.
THE BRIEF
The project called for a building that announces itself from the road and carries an Aleppine sense of hospitality inside. The façade is composed of tall stone arches and a carved rosette motif, giving the restaurant a landmark presence by day and night.
Inside, repeated arches, planted edges and clusters of glass bubble pendants create a bright, airy hall. A mature olive tree stands at the centre of the room, surrounded by soft lavender-toned seating — a calm, generous setting for large family gatherings.
