An all-day hotel restaurant where Mediterranean ease meets an urban shell — travertine, olive trees and a jewel-green marble bar beneath an exposed industrial ceiling.
THE BRIEF
The brief asked for a space that works from breakfast to late dinner without ever feeling like a hotel canteen. Travertine walls with deep arched niches and freestanding olive trees bring an outdoor, coastal calm, while the open black ceiling keeps the room honest and modern.
Cascading greenery softens the tall glazing, and globe pendants float over communal and banquette seating. At the heart of the room, a green marble bar with a backlit display anchors the evening service and gives the restaurant its signature.
