A residence in the sky, designed to frame one of the world's most famous skylines — warm oak, soft neutrals and floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Burj Khalifa.
THE BRIEF
On the 47th floor of Downtown Views, the brief was to make the view the hero while giving the apartment warmth and character. Oak flooring, timber wall panels and a calm, layered palette let the city do the talking.
A sculptural kitchen island with pendant lighting anchors the open-plan living space, while the bedroom, study and bathrooms are finished with concealed lighting and refined detailing. Black Opal delivered the apartment from design through complete fit-out.
