LUXURY HOTEL APARTMENT
A collection of serviced residences shaped around calm, hotel-grade comfort — warm stone, bronze detailing and soft, layered light from the arrival lobby to the last powder room.
The brief was to give every apartment type a single, recognisable language that feels residential yet runs with the precision of a hotel. Travertine and bronze frame the lift lobbies and corridors, setting a quiet, polished tone before guests reach their door.
Inside, living spaces balance pale stone floors with timber wall panelling and sculptural art pieces, while bedrooms lean into upholstered headboards and concealed lighting. Each layout — from the two-bedroom types to the smallest powder room — was planned so the finish and feeling never change from unit to unit.
