ARABIAN RANCHES VILLA
LOCATIONArabian Ranches, DubaiSECTORRESIDENTIALSCOPEInterior Design
A villa organised around a sculptural floating staircase — cantilevered treads, a bonsai planter washed in light and a calm palette of sand, stone and timber.
THE BRIEF
The brief was a family villa that feels open, modern and connected. The staircase becomes the home's centrepiece: cantilevered timber treads float above an illuminated plinth planted with a bonsai tree.
Living spaces combine fluted panels, warm timber and soft seating, the kitchen pairs a marble island with a round family table, and the study and bedrooms continue the same restrained, tactile language.
