A rooftop garden restaurant under a glass roof — cascading greenery, a blooming bougainvillea centrepiece and herringbone timber floors bathed in daylight.
THE BRIEF
Al Bustan — 'the garden' — was conceived as a greenhouse in the sky. A timber-lined ceiling drips with trailing planting, and a central bougainvillea feature bursts into colour among the tables.
Light herringbone flooring, bentwood chairs and terrazzo planters keep the palette natural and fresh, while glazed walls open the dining room to the city and the sky.
