A shared amenity floor that feels like a members' club — lounges, meeting rooms and games space tied together by warm timber, sculpted ring lights and lush planting.
THE BRIEF
For this common-area floor at 15 Northside, the brief was to give residents and tenants a place to meet, work and relax. A reception desk in stone and timber opens onto a lounge layered with soft seating, planters and statement ring pendants.
Glass-fronted meeting rooms, a games corner and slatted feature walls create clear zones without closing the space down. Black Opal handled the full scope — from design and integrated joinery to MEP, cladding, glass and furniture.
